Welcome to part 15 of my Modding series for Fallout: New Vegas. In this video i'll be explaining how to install and fix the infamous Asurah Reanimation Pack. How Do I Add a New Animation? - posted in New Vegas Mod Talk: Hello Nexus, Ive got a question that Ive been thus far unable to resolve myself and is rather vague in other venues. Im modeling a custom M4 rifle, its going to be all wastelanded in appearance with plenty of duct tape and cloth. Im even making a high poly model for a normal map bake! However I noticed that the vanilla reload.
3. Make Animations Graceful And Fluid
Download New Vegas - Re-AnimatedWeapon Animation Replacers Five years on from release, the way people move around the Mojave Desert is starting to look quite creaky. Even when standing upright, everyone slouches forward in an ape-like way, and people hold their guns as if they were playing amateur paintball during an office 'fun day out', rather than like hardened wasteland survivors. One of the few early criticisms that can be made of Fallout 4 is that character animations still look a bit on the stiff side. While early footage shows a definite improvement on Bethesda's last RPG, Skyrim, there are big question marks over whether the animations will match major AAA games like The Witcher 3, GTA V or MGS: The Phantom Pain. With this in mind, the 'Re-Animated' mod for New Vegas raises the game's animations up to - if not beyond - Fallout 4 standards. Gun poses look thoroughly badass, characters stand more upright, and Brotherhood soldiers posture like they're ready to cave your skull in, rather than like some extinct evolutionary ancestor to the homo sapiens. You can combine this with the Weapon Animation Replacers mod, which improves the ways characters hold weapons - from crouching to running - to make characters look ready for whatever nasty surprises they may stumble upon in the desert.Creating a New Profile:

Clutter and Small Objects:
MGs Neat Clutter Retextures
Files to install normally:
- Main File - MGs NCR Pack 7
- Texture pack that focuses on clutter items that other big packs do not cover
Terrain and Major Objects:
NMC's Texture Pack
Files to install normally:
- Main File - NMCs Textures NV SMALL Pack SINGLE FILE FOR NMM
- Update File - NMC New Vegas Patch for ALL Sized packs
NOTE: The reason the guide uses the small version of the NMCs is that it has the best visual fidelity/performance ratio of any of the options. The large option has the exact same texture sizes as the medium pack, but just with higher resolution normal maps. This has a massive performance decrease for a hardly noticeable visual increase, as well as unavoidable stuttering and crashing. The medium option's LOD texture sizes are also too big, meaning FNVLODGen can't handle them properly. This results in entire missing chunks of LOD. It is HIGHLY recommended to just follow the guide and use the small option
Hide the following:
- textures/architecture/helios_one/solar_reflector.dds
- textures/architecture/helios_one/solar_reflector_m.dds
- textures/architecture/helios_one/solar_reflector_n.dds
- Hides the textures for the solar panels at Helio One, since MG's has higher quality ones
NOTE: If you do not know how to 'hide' files, go back to the Core - MO2 Config page and read the IMPORTANT: Mod Installation Advice in Mod Organizer 2 section
- Retextures almost all large objects such as landscapes and architecture
Poco Bueno
